Hi, I’m Kristyn, the founder of Hasbargen Designs. After more than a decade leading projects and change initiatives in complex environments, I became known for something simple but powerful: helping teams get unstuck and make meaningful progress when things felt chaotic or unclear.
I bring a rare blend of project management and change management experience. That means work doesn’t just get planned—it gets done. And people aren’t left behind in the process.
My Journey
Why I Started Hasbargen Designs
The idea for this business took shape while I was doing part‑time work with a nonprofit. I was brought in to support one project, but soon leaders from other areas began asking for help too. They needed clarity, structure, and someone who could move work forward quickly with limited time and resources.
What they didn’t need was another framework or a long consulting engagement.
I realized this was a common challenge for small businesses: important work needed to happen, but there wasn’t enough capacity—or the right kind of support—to make progress efficiently.
Hasbargen Designs was created to fill that gap. And this became how I support nonprofits and small teams.
