North Avenue Presbyterian Church was implementing Realm while already operating with limited staff capacity. The project required configuration, workflow development, data migration, policy creation, and cross‑ministry coordination — all while the team was still managing day‑to‑day responsibilities. Momentum was difficult to maintain, and many decisions required someone who understood both Realm’s capabilities and how they translated into practical processes for the church.
