Hasbargen Designs currently offers digital products only — including templates, toolkits, guides, and downloadable resources. No physical items are shipped.

Instant Access

All products are delivered via instant download upon purchase. Please ensure your email address is correct and that you save your files promptly.

No Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned.

Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

You purchased the same product more than once by mistake
You were unable to access the file due to a technical issue we could not resolve
The product was not delivered as described (e.g., missing files, incorrect format)
